Construction Progress using Drones

Dragonflight Drones were commissioned to assist Gallifordtry during the construction of the North Wales Police Eastern Command Centre in Llay, Wrexham.

During the construction Dragon Flight Drones supplied aerial photography and video using drones on a weekly basis for the Gallifordtry management team.

The drone images and video were used to document progress throughout the project as well as highlight any health and safety issues and then be addressed.

North Wales Police as the client were able to communicate with the Gallifordtry as the principal contractor in a more efficient manor using the images to show the progress of the project reducing the need for unnecessary site visits.

Quantity Surveyors on site utilised the images to monitor the work schedule and materials on site and keep better control on project costing and contractor and material payments.
